The Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Threat Assessment Hub is a Department of Homeland Security-funded project run through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to develop a multi-disciplinary, regional partnership in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland counties and link existing threat assessment and violence prevention activities.

 

The Threat Hub also funds Subject Matter Experts to consult on active threat cases in Southwestern PA across schools, businesses, healthcare organizations, and houses of worship.
